When Harvard Medical School and Mt. Auburn Hospital in Boston faced the problem of how to improve
communication between doctors and patients, they came to Lorie Conway with their problem. The resulting
training tape became a useful tool for classroom PowerPoint presentations, streaming video on the Harvard
Medical School website and a curriculum DVD about communication and medicine.
